Major rubber producing state comes from southern part of Nigeria, where high rainfall are being experienced, although it is also grown in Abia State, Anambra, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Ebonyi and Bayelsa, it is commercially grown in Ondo, Edo, Ogun , Delta in Sapele and Cross River state.
